Article Processing Charge (APC)

All articles published in the Assyfa Journal of Islamic Studies (AJIS) are freely available online (Open Access). To sustain our commitment to high-quality academic publishing and unrestricted access, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC).

These fees cover the range of publishing services we provide, including online submission tools, editorial management, professional typesetting, hosting fees, abstracting and indexing services, and permanent archiving via DOI.

Standard Publication

$100.00

USD per Manuscript

Effective from January 1, 2024. This fee applies only upon editorial acceptance of the manuscript.

Color Graphics Add-on

$50.00

USD per Color Page

Additional fee for manuscripts containing colored images or complex graphics (subject to agreement).

Submission & Review Phase

FREE

AJIS does not charge any fees for manuscript submission or for the peer-review process. Authors are only invoiced after their work has successfully passed the editorial and peer-review process.
