Abstract

This research poster presents findings on the developmental challenges of Muhammadiyah educational charitable businesses in Depok City. The study seeks to address the question: What are the factors impacting the growth of Muhammadiyah educational institutions in regions with weak organizational infrastructure? This inquiry contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the link between organizational dynamics and educational development within Muhammadiyah.
