Abstract

Sektor UMKM jajanan viral menghadapi tantangan daya saing yang signifikan, terutama akibat minimnya Pemikiran Matematis Kewirausahaan (PMK) yang terstruktur dalam analisis finansial (seperti BEP dan ROI) serta strategi pemasaran digital. Kesenjangan kompetensi ini menjadi latar belakang bagi penelitian ini, yang bertujuan untuk merumuskan spesifikasi produk yang tepat untuk Pengembangan Modul E-Learning Interaktif Berbasis Skenario Bisnis melalui implementasi tahap awal model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research & Development (R&D) dengan fokus terbatas pada tahap Define (Analisis Kebutuhan). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur dengan pemilik UMKM, dan studi dokumentasi sederhana terkait praktik bisnis dan keuangan mereka. Instrumen utama yang digunakan adalah panduan wawancara dan lembar observasi yang menggali literasi digital, pemahaman BEP/ROI, dan kebutuhan konten. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan kompetensi dan karakteristik media yang dibutuhkan. Temuan awal menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM memerlukan solusi pembelajaran yang bersifat visual, praktis, dan dapat diakses melalui mobile device yang menyajikan perhitungan BEP dan ROI dalam konteks promosi digital nyata, menjadikannya prasyarat esensial bagi perancangan (Design) modul di tahap selanjutnya.
