Tinjauan Sistematis dan Pemetaan Kebijakan Inisiatif Nol Sampah: Kesenjangan Kebijakan, Efisiensi Rantai Pasok, dan Penilaian Siklus Hidup Sosial dalam Mitigasi Kerugian Pasca Panen

Latar belakang masalah kerugian pascapanen (post-harvest loss) dan limbah pangan menghambat efisiensi rantai pasok global dan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap isu ketidakamanan pangan serta dampak lingkungan. Menyadari urgensi ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif efektivitas Kebijakan Zero-Waste (KZW) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasok (SC) sekaligus memitigasi kerugian tersebut, serta mengidentifikasi kesenjangan regulasi yang ada. Pendekatan Systematic Review and Policy Mapping diterapkan, dengan menggunakan satu dokumen inti (core document) sebagai titik awal dan diperkuat dengan data sekunder dari jurnal ilmiah dan laporan lembaga internasional. Teknik analisis yang terintegrasi meliputi Policy Gap Analysis yang mendalam untuk memetakan hambatan implementasi KZW, dan Social Life Cycle Assessment (S-LCA) kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi dampak sosial dari perubahan SC. Hasil temuan akan mengidentifikasi model ZWP yang paling adaptif dan efisien, serta mengungkap adanya kesenjangan regulasi yang parah, terutama dalam harmonisasi standar KZW antar negara dan insentif bagi petani skala kecil. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pemetaan Kebijakan ZWP merupakan instrumen penting untuk mencapai produksi dan konsumsi yang bertanggung jawab, yang secara langsung mendukung target SDG 2 (Tanpa Kelaparan), SDG 12 (Konsumsi dan Produksi yang Bertanggung Jawab), dan SDG 13 (Penanganan Perubahan Iklim).
